About Me
I have spent many years working abroad, gaining experience across different industries, cultures, and administrative systems. These experiences shape the way I work today: calm, structured, and practical.
After completing my studies in music and mechanical engineering, I worked for several years as a freelance site manager in the trade fair and event construction industry in Germany. In 2017, I moved to Switzerland, where I took on responsibilities in construction and installation management. Working with international teams, complex workflows, and high levels of responsibility has had a lasting impact on my clear and solution‑oriented approach.
I also worked as a freelance recruiter in the BPO market, gaining insight into hiring standards, international application procedures, and the expectations companies have for digital competence. Over the years, I have gone through numerous application processes myself — across borders, industries, and time zones.
These experiences allow me to support others with a realistic understanding of what modern job transitions actually require. From administrative procedures and visa requirements to background checks and remote onboarding, I understand the practical challenges people face when re‑entering or repositioning themselves in today’s job market.
My connection to technology goes back to the days of the Commodore C64 — a reminder of how long digital tools have been part of my life. Today, my work focuses on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and the practical skills people need to function confidently in remote or hybrid workplaces.
I support adult learners, career changers, and returning professionals who want clarity, structure, and a realistic path forward. My approach is simple: clear communication, practical steps, and steady progress — without pressure, without jargon, and without unnecessary complexity.
